Withdrawing Funds
You can withdraw USDC from your Main Wallet to any external wallet address.
Before You Begin
- Withdrawals can only be made from your Main Wallet
- If your funds are in the Binary or Vault Wallet, transfer them to the Main Wallet first
- A withdrawal fee applies (see below)
Step-by-Step: Making a Withdrawal
Navigate to the Portfolio Page
Navigate to the portfolio page, then click on Withdraw button.
Enter the Destination Address
Paste the wallet address where you want to receive the USDC. The address must:
- Start with
0x - Be exactly 42 characters long
Enter the Amount
Type the amount of USDC you want to withdraw. Your available Main Wallet balance is shown for reference.
Review and Confirm
Review the withdrawal details, including the fee. Click Withdraw to submit the request.

Withdrawal Fee
A flat withdrawal fee is charged on every withdrawal:

The fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount. For example, withdrawing 100 USDC with a 3 USDC fee means you receive 97 USDC at the destination address.
The withdrawal fee may change over time. The current fee is always displayed in the withdrawal modal before you confirm.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed daily at approximately 2:00 PM UTC, subject to admin approval. Processing times may vary.
You can track the status of your withdrawal in the Funding History tab.
Withdrawal cancellations are not available between 1:00 PM UTC and 2:30 PM UTC daily, as withdrawals are being processed during this window. Outside of this window, you can cancel a pending withdrawal request.
Processing times are subject to change. The platform will announce any schedule updates in advance.
Key Rules
- Withdrawals are only available from the Main Wallet
- You cannot withdraw reserved funds (locked in orders or positions)
- The destination address must be a valid Ethereum-compatible address
- Always double-check the destination address before confirming
- Withdrawal cancellations are locked during the daily processing window (1:00 PM - 2:30 PM UTC)
